Humanistic & Integrative Psychotherapy
I’m Lynda Nolan, a Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapist supporting adults and teenagers.
Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck — often carrying more than they show.
I offer a calm, respectful space where you can talk openly, feel supported, and begin to find clarity again.
My work is humanistic and integrative, meaning I support you as a whole person — not a diagnosis.
Therapy is shaped around what matters most to you, in your life right now.
Together, we explore your thoughts, feelings, and patterns in a calm and grounded way.
I place strong importance on the therapeutic relationship, as feeling understood is often the first step towards change.
Where appropriate, I may also incorporate gentle techniques such as breathwork — always guided by your comfort.
My work as a therapist is supported by professional training, ongoing supervision, and continued professional development.
I am committed to providing a safe, ethical, and supportive space where clients feel respected and understood.
I work in accordance with professional ethical guidelines and engage in regular supervision to support safe and effective therapeutic practice.

Below are words shared by clients about their experience of working together.
I've been with Lynda for almost three years now, and it's hard to put into words just how much of a difference that time has made in my life. From the very beginning, she created a space where I felt genuinely heard, understood, and never judged.
She is warm, non-judgemental and listens. Her approach has helped me gain better coping tools and feel more confident in my decisions. With consistency I can now manage anxiety day to day.
You truly are an earth angel ♥️
