If you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally exhausted, stuck in repeating patterns, or finding it difficult to cope with daily life, psychotherapy can help. You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit from counselling. Many people start therapy simply to gain clarity, feel more grounded, and improve their emotional wellbeing.
I provide psychotherapy for adults and teens experiencing a wide range of emotional and mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, grief and loss, trauma, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, and major life transitions. Therapy can help you better understand what you’re feeling and develop healthier ways of coping.
Yes. I support adults and teens dealing with anxiety, overthinking, panic symptoms, stress, burnout, and emotional overwhelm. Therapy can help you feel calmer, more in control, and more connected to yourself, both mentally and emotionally.
The first session is a gentle starting point. You will have space to talk about what’s been happening in your life and what you would like support with. We will explore your current challenges, your goals for therapy, and how we can work together. Many clients leave the first session feeling lighter, clearer, and truly heard.
No preparation is needed. You don’t need to know what to say or have everything figured out. You can simply arrive as you are, and we will take things step by step at a pace that feels comfortable.
Each therapy session lasts 50 minutes.
Yes. I offer both online therapy and in-person psychotherapy sessions, allowing flexibility depending on your schedule, comfort, and location. Online sessions are a supportive option for clients across Dublin and Ireland.
This depends on your needs and what you’re working through. Many clients begin with weekly sessions to build consistency and support, and then move to fortnightly sessions as they feel more stable and confident.
Session fees are available on request. If you would like pricing information, you can contact me directly through the website contact form, email, or phone.
Yes. Psychotherapy is confidential, and your privacy is respected at all times. The only exceptions to confidentiality are situations where there is serious risk of harm to yourself or others, in line with professional ethical guidelines.
I do not currently work with active addiction. However, if this is something you are experiencing, I can support you in finding the right services or specialist support.
